Ultra Depth®is a state of consciousness that results in a heighten state of
enlightened awareness. Ultra Depth® works with the power of the mind through
relaxation to achieve profound self-healing.Ultra Depth®is a gateway to our
Higher-Self (or the Subconscious), which is the most loving and truest part
of ourselves.
 
The Ramey-Miles Mind Model
 
To fully understand how Ultra Depth® works, we must explore the mechanics of
the mind. The mind is made up of three distinct parts: the unconscious
(brain), the Conscious and the Subconscious.  The Conscious and Subconscious
are not tangible; they are not seen with the naked eye because they are
non-physical.
 
The Unconscious
 
The brain is the unconscious. The brain stores and processes information and
warehouses it indiscriminately. The brain accepts all information as fact.
It does not think or reason and does not know fantasy from reality. The
brain is similar to a computer; it comes with a pre-installed program at
birth that runs the nervous system. It also houses a learning program
similar to that of a word processing program of a computer. This enables us
to add new programs based on our life experiences as we grow.


 
The Conscious
 
The personality and ego make up the Conscious. The Conscious is the "doer".
It has the ability to reason and think, act out free choice and free will,
and chooses the personality's initial preferences which then become
programmed in the brain as habits. However, most people live life
unconsciously, automatically moving through the motions of daily life.
 
The Subconscious
 
The Subconscious works like a computer programmer. The Subconscious can add,
transform, and reorganize files of information warehoused in the brain.
Working directly with our Subconscious is the easiest way to make beneficial
and permanent changes in our lives.  The Subconscious is "the all-knowing"
part of ourselves, usually referred to as our intuition.  The Subconscious
has been misunderstood. It cannot be tricked or fooled and is not the
negative or bad part of who we are. It is the doctor within, the healer, the
protector, and our internal source of unconditional love.
 
THE THREE STATES OF Ultra Depth®
 
 Ultra Depth® is divided into three distinct stages, which are called
somnabulism, Esdaile, and the Sichort State. Each state has a powerful range
of depth. These states are normal and natural; they are similar to stages
one experiences during restful sleep. Ultra Depth® organizes these levels
into a powerful and useful order for self-healing.
 Anyone can achieve and experience these states.  One accomplishes this by
allowing and physically letting go of the body and mind. Ultra Depth® enables
direct access to our deep well of inner resources that enrich and transform
our body-mind connection.
